4. Train and support the agents– in the law, social media, old school techniques.

As a real estate agent, you know how terrible life can be if your broker is an idiot or has procedures which get in the way you do business– required floor time, mandatory meetings, stupid prohibitions. You can find yourself as an indentured servant.

  • How do you feel when you get the leads, make the deal, do all the work and then have to give 50% of the commission to our brokerage?

If you get all of  your business from you own efforts, we believe you should:

  • Keep 100% of the real estate commission (no quotas)

A Full Tank for Agents

We offer two (2) Compensation Programs.  CHOOSE the one that suits you best: (no quotas, ever)

1) THE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

Advocates get 85% of the commission, with no monthly dues or transaction fees. (no quotas ever).  Easy.

**Once you reach $6,000 in gross revenue to the firm (eg. four (4) deals at $ 500,000), you get a 90% commission “split” for the next six (6) months.  Yes! (you’ve earned it)

OR

2) THE 100% ADVANTAGE PROGRAM

Advocates keep 100% of the sales commission subject to:

a)  $100 monthly dues and closed transaction fees** ($500 – $1000, depending on sales price).

**Once you reach $10,000 in gross revenue to the firm, you will not pay any transaction fees for the next six (6) months.

Which PROGRAM is Better?

The Program you choose may be based on how many homes you expect to sell.  (You can also change your option, if you like.)

If you plan to sell many homes, The 100% Advantage Program may be better for you. You get 100% of the commission, which greatly offsets the $100 monthly and small closing fees.

If you simply do not want to pay any monthly dues or closing fees, The Performance Program may be a better choice for you.

You get a minimum 85% with no monthly dues or closed transaction fees.  Simple. There are no quotas.  And you can get to 90%.
