With full 100% commission, our agents are free to negotiate commission rates to get deals done. They can offer more compensation to cooperating agents, offer higher referral fees, pay rebates to clients, purchase home warranties, or pay for home inspections and much more — all to the major benefit of our clients.
- The 100% agent commission “Full Tank” model is the tool our Advocates use to outmaneuver and outmarket the competition.
